Successful Site Selection
T. John Thomasmeyer, Senior Broker, Acredited Land Consultant,
completed a county wide site search, purchase option, and completed sale of a 10 acred industrially zoned parcel at the corner of Townline Road and E. Molloy Road, DeWitt NY, for FW Webb Company. Thomasmeyer exclusively represented FW Webb for this assignement. The site is the new regional office/distribution location for FW Webb the largest plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial pipe, valves and fittings distributor in New England and New York.
