2009-07-29 Industrial Sale & Lease up Martin Merola, Director of Brokerage, sold the former Penney Curtis Baking facility, 140,000 sq ft industrial proeprty to a local investor.
Merola then negotiated a 27,440 sq ft lease to Velosity Express in cooperation with Ken J Tyminski leasing agent at Sutton, and Merola leased 26,825 sq ft to Allstate Diversified Products in cooperation with Dennis Hennessey, COR brokerage.
