2009-05-30 Lakefront Lofts, Franklin Square Lakefront Lofts-The Sutton Companies were appointed exclusive managing and leasing agent for the Lakefront Lofts, 52 units of loft style apartments and approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Linda Charles, a vice president with Sutton will be responsible for the management and leasing of the property for Lakefront Lofts, LLC, an ownership group based in New York City.
