Receivers and The Sutton Companies are an approved management and brokerage
contractor by the New York State Unified Court System. As either receivers
or management contractors, Sutton has been involved with over 75 properties
subject to foreclosure and bankruptcy actions. Sutton is capable of taking
control of a property quickly, providing lenders with sound advice and
recommendations regarding the financial and physical components of the
property and producing concise accounting reports for the lending institutions
and Courts. Our receivership expertise includes all types of commercial
real estate including office buildings, apartments, retail centers, warehouses,
and land. In many cases our brokerage division works in tandem to market
