Medical Center West, Camillus, NY
Louis Fournier, president of Sutton acted as the exclusive broker in the sale of Medical Center West, an 82,000 sf medical center. The sale price was $9.5 million. The buyer, Mohawk-Syracuse LP, specializes in acquiring and managing medical office buildings in Canada and Florida. Medical Center West is Mohawk’s first acquisition in the state.
College Suites at Cortland, Cortland, NY
Sutton Real Estate Company completed the sale of College Suites at Cortland, a 361-bed student housing property, located at 951 State Rte. 13, Cortland, NY. It sold for $7.3 million.
353 Grant Ave, Auburn, NY
Bart Feinberg brokered the sale of Syracuse Pool & Patio, a 6,400 sf retail building located at 353 Grant Ave in Auburn, NY. It sold for $475,000. Buyer is Moran, Moran & Dauphin, Inc., a local insurance agency.

John Thomasmeyer represented the buyer, Pawn King Corporation, in the purchase of the former McDonalds. The 6,000 sf retail building located at 5849 East Circle Drive in Cicero, NY sold for $250,000.
