Medical Center West, Camillus, NY
Louis Fournier, president of Sutton acted as the exclusive broker in the sale of Medical Center West, an 82,000 sf medical center. The sale price was $9.5 million. The buyer, Mohawk-Syracuse LP, specializes in acquiring and managing medical office buildings in Canada and Florida. Medical Center West is Mohawk’s first acquisition in the state.
Kimbrook Village Square, Baldwinsville, NY
Larry Socia and Joe Lewis represented the seller in the sale of 8395- 8417 Oswego Road, a 114,000 SF retail plaza in Clay, NY. The plaza sold for $5.1 million.
